CANMORA TECH Inc. (CT)

Welcome to CT. Lasers and Electron Beams are our passion. Our Electron beam is a legendary capable system, and CT laser additive machines are leap frogging current AM machines by applying next generation laser optics and build tanks. We have large electron beam am & welding capacities as well as laser AM facilities.

MATERIALS & POWDER DISPENSING

Our patented powder handling system can handle standard and very unconventional materials. Both, the laser and EB can melt the powders processed with our powder system. Convectional materials such as maraging steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, copper and brass can be directly used. Unconventional or custom alloys can be used by finetuning the process parameters. Our service includes process development for custom solutions.

PRINT & WELD SERVICE

Our services include EBW, PBF-EB and PBF-LB. Our additive service includes laser and electron beam additive manufacturing. With our electron beam facilities in Vancouver we offer prototyping and small EBW production runs as services center.

CTCAM

To program our machines, we offer a CAM – slicer software. CTCAM is specifically tuned to our machines and controls. STL files are imported and prepared in CTCAM. This software combines additive manufacturing with machining. Parts can be configured that after a predefined number of layers are printed a milling path is generated to machine preselected part features institute of the printing process.
